Art Beyond the Studio!
Incredible artwork is popping up all across our school—and not just in traditional art classes! One of our talented seniors is leaving her lasting mark on Initial Point with a vibrant underwater mural! Meanwhile, students in Mr. Kiester's History of Rock and Roll elective class have been diving into music history, researching iconic bands, and painting custom vinyl album covers to display their learning.
Leadership in the Trenches!
We had a special guest in the classroom this week! Assistant Superintendent Jason Reddy stepped in to cover for a missing teacher, getting down into the trenches and keeping his finger on the pulse of daily learning at Initial Point. Our students loved having the chance to get to know him, share what they were working on, and talk his ear off throughout the day!
